Apartment „Seekarspitz“
This apartment (approx. 100 m²) is located on the 1st floor and includes an outdoor balcony with a hot tub and a private indoor sauna. It is very spacious and can accommodate 4-6 people. It features 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living area with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with a counter, and a large dining area. Mountain views are available.
Apartment "Hundskogel"
This apartment (approx. 90 m²) is also on the 1st floor and includes an outdoor balcony with a hot tub and a private indoor sauna. It is very spacious and can accommodate 4-6 people. It features 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living area with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with a counter, and a large dining area. Mountain views are available.

Additional Information
The entire house is non-smoking; smoking is only allowed outside or on the balconies.
PARKING — For your convenience, you can park comfortably in our underground garage (entrance height 2.10m), where the ski storage room is also located.
ACCESS — You can access your apartment via both the elevator and the staircase.
PETS — Pets are warmly welcomed in our apartments (maximum 2 per apartment); depending on their size, we charge a separate cleaning fee (25 €/day each). FAMILIES — For families, we offer a stroller and two sleds for rent on-site, subject to availability.
LOCATION — Our house is centrally located, just five minutes from the town center, where you will find numerous sports shops and ski schools. You can purchase your ski pass directly at the nearby ski lift (100 meters away). The apartments are situated in a quiet side street, ideal for a relaxing stay.
DINING — Breakfast and dinner can be booked on request at the nearby Hotel DAS KOHLMAYR. Alternatively, we can deliver breakfast directly to your apartment with prior reservation – just let us know. For the evening, we offer a selection of small dishes from the Kringsalm menu, which you can find in the apartments and pre-order on-site.
CHECK-IN — You will receive your key cards upon arrival at the Hotel DAS KOHLMAYR, just 200 meters away. Alternatively, you can download our app to your smartphone. Before your arrival, you will receive the access link and code via email, allowing you to open your apartment conveniently with your phone. If needed, we can also leave the key card in a key safe at the entrance door.
OTHER — The local tax – 2.45 € per person/day (from 15 years) – and the final cleaning fee are charged on-site.
